I know when I go online shopping, nothing annoys me more then being harassed by pop ups, and a bunch of other marketing ploys to try and get me to purchase more. Top salesman will always recommend such things as these marketing methods maximize sales. I personally do not like salesmen! I want to buy, not be sold to. I feel it is disrespectful otherwise.
So while I may lose potential money to donate to the animals, I prefer to respect you as I would want to be respected. None of that stuff will be utilized by Pet Kisses. I feel Pet Kisses is far more than just a store, it is family and family looks out for each other.
I do not like ads. They annoy me when I am trying to focus on the task at hand, shopping! You are part of the Pet Kisses family, so I would not subjugate you to having to see them either.
Using ads on your webpage, can bring in alot of revenue. I really struggled with at least putting ads on the articles contained at The Scoop as every other blog I have ever seen has them. I know it would be additional income for the animals so desperately needing every cent, I just could not go against my ethics of how I wished to be treated and put ads on those pages.
Now if a company comes along that truly has the Pet Kisses interest in mind, meaning they are really support benefiting animals, I would consider a sponsorship, or highlight a business for exposure to our Pet Kisses family. Again, I dislike ads. So I will have to consider what they are wanting, not an ad, but beneficial and informational of a great product or service. Instead of disrespecting the Pet Kisses members with the ads, I will work extra hard in other means to try and capture that revenue lost from not having the ads.
With your help and support, we can provide as much assistance to shelters as possible without them.
I love pets. I love seeing happy people with pets. I also love to see people getting useful information to help their lives and the lives of their pets be better. Pet Kisses is more than just a store. It is a community of like hearted family.

Shipping times vary depending one many different factors. Where it is shipping from and where you are. And of course just how many dogs and cats there are along the way needing pet kisses!! I have seen someone get their package in 2 days and I have seen it take a month. It will usually take 10-20 business days for all orders to arrive in the US. Shipping for our products is 2-4 weeks to non US residents. However they arrive earlier most of the time. We use that time frame due to customs may sometimes hold products for several days, or even up to a week or more, which unfortunately is out of our control.
I often have been quoted as saying,:
"Give your package two weeks before you start looking for it. If four weeks has gone by and it is not there, please let me know and I will see what is taking those dogs and cats so long"
I have shopped for stuff on Amazon and Ebay, and found a good buy only to have my purchase price skyrocket because of shipping costs. It left a foul taste in my mouth with the experience. I do not wish to have anyone else deal with that experience.
Most of the time shipping items cost Pet Kisses very little as the items are often very light. The times it doesn't, well I will lose money in the purchase, but having customers have a great experience here, means more to me.
Pet Kisses sends their pet detectives all over the world looking for pet inspired items. We have factories and supplies we work with in the United States, Canada, China, Germany and the United Kingdom. Those places are always subject to change as stock runs out, product demand calls for discontinuing and if the manufactures do not give our pets hugs and kisses.
When you order your products, an email should arrive(please check the "promotions tab" in Gmail) with your tacking information. At the bottom section of the website under the "Information" menu is a tracking option.
After your purchase, you should receive an email confirming order. I also send out tracking information once that becomes available. If you have not received these in a short time, contact us: email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Let Pet Kisses know if you want to exchange, or have a store credit or do you wish to have a refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next,contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
